	Mr. R. Thyagarajan, Chairman Mr. R Thyagarajan has over three decades of experience in the General Insurance Industry. He was one of the promoters of the Shriram Group, and is now the Chairman of the Shriram Group. Mr. R. Thyagarajan has dynamic strength in networking and wealth creation. Coming from the agri-belt of Thanjavur district, Mr. Thyagarajan spent 15 years with New India and another 10 years with JB Boda — the largest reinsurance and insurance broker in Asia — before floating Shriram Group with his friends in 1974. The Group manages funds over $4 Billion in the financial services sector. Long before Indian businessmen came to know about venture capital funds, Mr. Thyagarajan had played an "angel investor" in his own way.

	Mr. Abhaya Kumar, CEO The promoter of Nutra Specialities, Mr. Abhaya Kumar is also the promoter of Shasun Chemicals and Drugs Ltd., a public limited company listed in the Stock Exchange of India having a turnover of over USD 200 million with a strength of about 1200 dedicated employees. Being dynamic and enterprising he is also the promoter of several new projects like Asia Cryo Cell [Lifecell] and FrameFlow. He was one of the finalists of the Ernst & Young “Young Entrepreneur Award 2003”. He is associated with Indo American Chamber of Commerce and various National bodies related to Chemical Industry.
