The facilities of Nutra has been set up in Chandrapadiya Village, Atmakur Taluk, Nellore District, Andhra Pradesh well connected by road on the Nellore - Mumbai Highway.  The land in which the Industry has been set up measures is more than 35 Acres and presently only 3 Acres have been developed for the Industrial usage with well developed Interior roads and water drainage facilities.

Plant & Production Facilities

The plant has been designed and set up for manufacture of multiple products with High quality Reactors and other Equipments with high degree of automation, GLRs SSRs and MSRs are put in to the use, in addition to this, one 100lit all glass system is also available. All these reactors are connected with individual condensers, sub coolers and receivers of SS316 MOC. Centrifuges, nutch filters, leaf filters, multimill, microniser, sifter and Blender of SS to meet the GMP.

> Distillation column for the solvent recovery.

> High pressure column for Product separation and Purification SS316 MOC installed with metering pumps.

> Weighing bridge: 40 MT, Mettler Toledo.

Power 

The unit has a total approval for 950 KVA with an existing power supply of 500 KVA which has a dedicated line to the Plant. In addition, a 500 KVA DG has been installed to support the power needs.
